Ben is a determined and focused marketer, with a fantastic eye for detail. He always ensures the customer is at the heart of all of his decisions and makes informed decisions as a result in order to deliver maximum results.

Ben is a conscientious, meticulous and highly capable Marketing Manager. Having worked with Ben in various different roles over the past eight years, most recently at Marketing Cheshire, I have always found Ben easy to approach, knowledgeable in his field and fun and friendly member of the team.

I started working with Ben just before the first lockdown of 2020, meaning that the majority of work we have done together has been remote working. Despite this remote working Ben has shown a strong commitment and passion for creating campaigns and communications. Even though we have had to work remotely, Ben has fully embedded himself into the team with enthusiasm and confidence. He has shown particularly strong skills in campaign development, creative concepts and social media marketing. His enthusiasm is contagious and he is a pleasure to work with! 

Ben is an incredible critical-thinker, who excels when it comes to campaign management and consumer-facing comms. From working with Ben at McArthurGlen, he's someone that goes above and beyond and isn't afraid to make innovative changes, whether that be ways of working or ways that campaigns can be approached to elevate them further. A great team-player where you know the project will always be delivered to a high standard and always with a friendly and approachable nature.
